“Drop Dead Sexy鈥� signed a contract with the 红桃视频covering the low budget film currently being shot in Austin, TX, it was announced by International President Thomas C. Short. Produced by Drop Dead Sexy, LP at a budget of $1.5 million, the film falls under the 红桃视频Low Budget Agreement.
International Representative Jamie Fry spearheaded the organizing efforts along with Ken Rector of 红桃视频Local 484 and John Hilsman of 红桃视频Local 600.
Terms of the deal that followed a two-day strike, include health and pension benefits that are retroactive to the first day of principal photography and a $100 one-time bonus for returning employees. Approximately 38 workers are covered under the agreement.
