BURBANK, CA<\/strong> - Le 24 ao\u00fbt, le pouvoir de l'unit\u00e9 et de la solidarit\u00e9 s'est manifest\u00e9 sur le campus du Motion Picture and Television Fund (MPTF), o\u00f9 une \u00e9quipe incroyable de plus de 200 b\u00e9n\u00e9voles de l'IATSE, des Teamsters, du MPTF, de la LA Food Bank et de la LA County Federation of Labor a organis\u00e9 une collecte de denr\u00e9es alimentaires pour aider les personnes touch\u00e9es par les arr\u00eats de travail en cours dans l'industrie du cin\u00e9ma et de la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision. En seulement quatre heures, les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles ont distribu\u00e9 de la nourriture, des articles m\u00e9nagers, des produits d'hygi\u00e8ne et des produits pour b\u00e9b\u00e9s \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 1 000 familles dans le besoin.<\/p>

\"La collecte de nourriture d'aujourd'hui n'est pas seulement un acte de subsistance, c'est une profonde d\u00e9claration de solidarit\u00e9 et de soutien \u00e0 notre famille syndicale de l'industrie du divertissement en ces temps difficiles. L'IATSE, la MPTF et les Teamsters 399 croient profond\u00e9ment au principe 'Nous prenons soin des n\u00f4tres'. Notre engagement ne s'arr\u00eate pas lorsque les cam\u00e9ras sont \u00e9teintes ou que les sc\u00e8nes sont vides, il se renforce.
