Le concept du Fringe Festival est n\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00c9dimbourg il y a 55 ans et, \u00e0 l'heure actuelle, pr\u00e8s de 100 troupes de th\u00e9\u00e2tre et artistes participent aux Fringe Festivals dans tout le Canada. Le premier Fringe annuel de Vancouver a eu lieu en 1985 et a connu un soutien croissant depuis lors.<\/p>\n<p>L'accord pr\u00e9voit des augmentations de salaire allant jusqu'\u00e0 22%, avantages compris.
