La fin du mois de f\u00e9vrier marque le d\u00e9but du Mois de l'histoire des Noirs, une p\u00e9riode consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 l'hommage rendu au riche h\u00e9ritage, \u00e0 la r\u00e9silience et aux contributions de nos s\u0153urs, fr\u00e8res et parents noirs au sein de notre syndicat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En f\u00e9vrier, nous avons rendu hommage \u00e0 huit membres en les mettant en avant sur les canaux de m\u00e9dias sociaux de l'AI et le d\u00e9partement de l'\u00e9ducation a lanc\u00e9 le programme 2024 ºìÌÒÊÓƵEquity Human and Civil Rights 21-Day Habiting Forming Challenge (D\u00e9fi de 21 jours pour la formation d'habitudes)<\/em><\/strong><\/a>. Il s'agit de la quatri\u00e8me version du d\u00e9fi propos\u00e9 par l'IATSE. Ces d\u00e9fis offrent la possibilit\u00e9 d'apprendre, de discerner, de discuter et de prendre des mesures qui favorisent la curiosit\u00e9, la compr\u00e9hension et l'action qui refl\u00e8tent nos valeurs syndicales pour tous dans nos communaut\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le d\u00e9partement de l'\u00e9ducation a \u00e9galement organis\u00e9 un webinaire, L'essentiel de l'IED : Construire une culture d'inclusion dans nos syndicats et sur nos lieux de travail<\/em><\/strong><\/a>. Ce webinaire s'est concentr\u00e9 sur la mise en place d'initiatives durables d'IED, sur les \u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels et sur les moyens d'apprendre \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un environnement d'appartenance dans votre syndicat et sur votre lieu de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En regardant vers l'avenir, restons engag\u00e9s ensemble \u00e0 construire un futur o\u00f9 la diversit\u00e9 est c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9e, o\u00f9 l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 est d\u00e9fendue et o\u00f9 les contributions de tous nos membres sont mises en valeur. Merci \u00e0 nos membres en vedette, au d\u00e9partement de l'\u00e9ducation, aux sections locales et aux membres qui se sont tous r\u00e9unis pour comm\u00e9morer ce mois sp\u00e9cial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
