L'International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE) et l'Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP) ont achev\u00e9 vendredi la premi\u00e8re semaine des n\u00e9gociations g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de l'accord de base.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Les n\u00e9gociations avec les employeurs sur la convention de base ont repris le 29 avril et devraient se poursuivre jusqu'au 16 mai. Ces n\u00e9gociations portent sur des questions telles que les augmentations de salaire, les cotisations de retraite et de sant\u00e9, l'intelligence artificielle (IA), les conditions de qualit\u00e9 de vie, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'emploi et les indemnit\u00e9s r\u00e9siduelles.<\/p>\n

Les Teamsters et les autres syndicats de l'artisanat de base se sont retrouv\u00e9s \u00e0 la table des n\u00e9gociations avec l'ºìÌÒÊÓƵdu lundi au mercredi pour discuter des plans de partage des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices, avant que les n\u00e9gociations ne portent sur les propositions relatives aux conditions de travail le jeudi et le vendredi.<\/p>\n
