Ces n\u00e9gociations ont pris fin le 16 novembre 2002 et, en attendant la ratification, les termes de l'accord entreront en vigueur \u00e0 l'expiration du contrat actuel, le 31 juillet 2003.<\/p>\n<p>L'ºìÌÒÊÓÆµa obtenu des gains en termes de salaires et de contributions de l'employeur aux r\u00e9gimes de sant\u00e9 et de retraite \u00e0 un moment o\u00f9 les \u00c9tats-Unis sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 la hausse des co\u00fbts des soins de sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 l'instabilit\u00e9 des r\u00e9gimes de retraite des entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>\"Les objectifs de l'ºìÌÒÊÓÆµdans ces n\u00e9gociations \u00e9taient d'obtenir une augmentation substantielle du plan de pension de base, d'augmenter les paiements au plan de compte individuel, de maintenir le plan de sant\u00e9 existant quant \u00e0 l'\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 et aux avantages pour les membres actifs et retrait\u00e9s, et d'obtenir la juridiction sur l'Internet. Ce nouvel accord remplit tous ces objectifs\", a comment\u00e9 M. Short. Il a ajout\u00e9 : \"Les prestations du r\u00e9gime de retraite de base sont augment\u00e9es, les retrait\u00e9s recevront un 13e et un 14e ch\u00e8que, le r\u00e9gime de sant\u00e9 est maintenu et nous avons un texte qui \u00e9tendra la juridiction et les accords de l'ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ\u00e0 l'Internet.\"<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les termes de l'accord sont :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les augmentations de salaire \u00e0 compter du 3 ao\u00fbt 2003 comprennent une augmentation de cinquante pour cent ($.50) par heure, une augmentation de deux et demi pour cent (2,5%) \u00e0 compter du 1er ao\u00fbt 2004 et de trois pour cent (3%) \u00e0 compter du 31 juillet 2005, les deux derni\u00e8res augmentations \u00e9tant compos\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Les augmentations du nombre d'heures de garde, y compris les contributions aux avantages sociaux, seront augment\u00e9es pour 60 heures par semaine de cinq jours, 67 heures par semaine de six jours et 75 heures par semaine de sept jours.<\/p>\n<p>Les augmentations du r\u00e9gime de retraite comprennent Une augmentation de vingt-cinq cents ($.25) par heure \u00e0 compter du 3 ao\u00fbt 2003.<br \/>\nQuinze cents suppl\u00e9mentaires ($.15) par heure \u00e0 compter du 1er ao\u00fbt 2004<br \/>\nQuinze cents suppl\u00e9mentaires ($.10) par heure \u00e0 compter du 31 juillet 2005.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ces augmentations seront utilis\u00e9es pour financer les prestations suivantes du r\u00e9gime de retraite :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 adopter au cours du premier trimestre de 2006, une augmentation r\u00e9troactive des pensions d'un minimum de 7,5% et d'un maximum de 15% pour les participants actifs au 1er ao\u00fbt 2003.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant les deux premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es du contrat, les participants qui prennent leur retraite avant le 1er ao\u00fbt 2003 recevront un treizi\u00e8me et un quatorzi\u00e8me ch\u00e8que le ou vers le 1er novembre de chaque ann\u00e9e, \u00e0 condition qu'il y ait une r\u00e9serve de huit (8) mois dans le Fonds des employ\u00e9s retrait\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de la troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e du contrat, un treizi\u00e8me et un quatorzi\u00e8me ch\u00e8que seront \u00e9mis pour les participants qui ont pris leur retraite avant le 1er ao\u00fbt 2003, \u00e0 condition qu'il y ait une r\u00e9serve de huit (8) mois dans le Fonds de sant\u00e9 des actifs et dans le Fonds des employ\u00e9s retrait\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les augmentations du plan de sant\u00e9 comprennent :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 partir du 3 ao\u00fbt 2003, les cotisations seront augment\u00e9es de vingt cents par heure ($.20) pour les employ\u00e9s actifs et de cinq cents par heure ($.05) pour les retrait\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9liminer les limitations des s\u00e9jours hospitaliers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les modifications du r\u00e9gime d'assurance maladie visant \u00e0 \u00e9conomiser plus de $54 millions de dollars au cours des trois prochaines ann\u00e9es sont les suivantes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Augmentation de la couverture des m\u00e9dicaments d'ordonnance \u00e0 $10 pour les m\u00e9dicaments g\u00e9n\u00e9riques, $15 pour les m\u00e9dicaments de marque, $25 pour les m\u00e9dicaments de super marque, pour un approvisionnement de 30 jours au d\u00e9tail ; et $20 pour les m\u00e9dicaments g\u00e9n\u00e9riques, $30 pour les m\u00e9dicaments de marque, $36 pour les m\u00e9dicaments de super marque, pour un approvisionnement de 90 jours par correspondance.<br \/>\nAugmentation de la couverture des prescriptions pour les retrait\u00e9s \u00e0 $3 pour les g\u00e9n\u00e9riques, $5 pour les noms de marque, pour un approvisionnement de 30 jours au d\u00e9tail ; et $6 pour les g\u00e9n\u00e9riques, $10 pour les noms de marque, pour un approvisionnement de 90 jours par correspondance.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9duction des visites de chiropractie et d'acupuncture \u00e0 20 visites annuelles chacune.<\/p>\n<p>Couverture coordonn\u00e9e des conjoints.<\/p>\n<p>Les conditions relatives \u00e0 l'Internet pr\u00e9voient le versement d'un reliquat aux r\u00e9gimes de retraite et d'assurance maladie pour les produits fabriqu\u00e9s dans le cadre de l'accord de base et destin\u00e9s \u00e0 une exposition suppl\u00e9mentaire sur l'Internet.
