Si le projet d'avis est authentique, il ne s'agit pas de la d\u00e9cision finale, et pour l'instant, l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l'avortement et aux soins de sant\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9sique reste l\u00e9gal aux \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la d\u00e9cision finale de la cour devait ressembler \u00e0 ce projet scandaleux, le SCOTUS abandonnerait un pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent de 50 ans et la volont\u00e9 de 70% du peuple am\u00e9ricain pour imposer l'une des pires contractions des libert\u00e9s de l'histoire moderne des \u00c9tats-Unis. Une telle d\u00e9cision nuirait directement au bien-\u00eatre de nos cons\u0153urs et confr\u00e8res syndiqu\u00e9s, et nous devons donc r\u00e9agir fermement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous connaissons bien les cons\u00e9quences catastrophiques qui s'ensuivent lorsque les autoritaires l\u00e9gif\u00e8rent sur le contr\u00f4le de nos ut\u00e9rus, de nos corps et de nos vies. Enlever l'option de recevoir des soins reproductifs compatissants sous la forme d'avortements s\u00fbrs et l\u00e9gaux va nuire de mani\u00e8re disproportionn\u00e9e aux personnes de la classe ouvri\u00e8re, forcer des parents non consentants \u00e0 la pauvret\u00e9, aggraver la crise de mortalit\u00e9 maternelle d\u00e9j\u00e0 inacceptable, emprisonner des innocents pour leurs fonctions biologiques (y compris les fausses couches), et couper court \u00e0 beaucoup trop de carri\u00e8res et de vies brillantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le <em>Dobbs c. M\u00eame le droit du premier amendement de former ou d'adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 des syndicats et notre existence m\u00eame pourraient \u00eatre menac\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous nous unissons en tant que s\u0153urs, fr\u00e8res et parents pour garantir la libert\u00e9 et la justice pour TOUS.
